Recently, I engaged the Services of Home Quest, Inc to design and build a set of bookcases in my living room. As someone who had the pleasure of working with both Scott Kim and Mr. Han and several members of their staff, I would like to take this opportunity to relate my personal experience. Throughout my initial meeting and beyond with Home Ques, they were patient, thorough and knowledgeable. There is no doubt that Scott's diligent efforts and professionalism were responsible for making our relationship and improvements on my home a pleasant transaction. Mr. Han is highly skilled aster carpenter, and his eye for design, detail and architecture were superior. He worked with me constantly, in a consultative fashion, thereby anticipating my need and addressing all my concerns throughout the project duration.

The effort, energy, and commitment that Home Quest provided for the work on my home falls into the above and beyond category. Each member of the staff was on time, polite, and efficient. I found all to be cooperative and trusting, not hard to believe given the lengthy employment history with Home Quest of all who were part of the project. Perhaps, one of the most fundamental tenets of any working relationship concerns work ethic. I can candidly say that I have never employed anyone is my home that worked harder and longer hours than those affiliated with Home Quest, Inc. Our original estimate of 10 days for my project was cut down by three days-surely a rare concept in the design, build and remodeling business to finish ahead of schedule. I have consistently found Scott and Mr. Han and their talented co-workers to be pleasant, sincere, and honest in all of our dealings. Because of these fine qualities and the exceptional job they performed, I have contracted them again to build my library extension onto my home. We wanted to write to tell you how happy we are with our kitchen expansion and remodel. The design is exactly what we had hoped for and envisioned. It feels like we're living in a brand new house, even though only one room was remodeled. The outside of the new room blends so well with the existing house that you can hardly tell it was just added on. Your crew was professional, courteous, and respectful of the fact that they were working in our living space, and the most important living space of the house at that-our kitchen. They took the time to clean up after themselves everyday. And the speed with which the job was completed was terrific. We recently had our basement renovated using the Home Quest company. We were very impressed by how Home Quest took the time to meet with us first to determine what our needs and wants were prior to beginning the renovation. I wanted to write you a letter to thank you for the large extension you just completed at our home. My wife and I are thrilled with the result. Our family is that much closer being able to spend time together in the beautiful new space. As you know, I have been a contractor for over 20 years and know the challenges you must face, I wanted to list some things I was particularly impressed with. 

Communication: Calls were always returned quickly, you were on the site each day, and you were clear with what was happening, and what was coming next. 

Knowledge and Workmanship: I did not have to correct one thing having to do with the work completed. It was top quality and very well done. In addition, Mr. Han was very helpful with decisions that required vision. He was an excellent feel for what looks right. 

Timelines: The only thing I could criticize is YOU MOVED TOO FAST!! My wife and I were shocked with the speed that you completed the project. From the day you started, 4-6 friendly faces were there every morning at 8:00am and you did not leave until dar, Please do not hesitate to use me as a reference. In this day and age, it is rare to find a company like yours. My wife and I feel that we were lucky to find you.

Home Quest remodeled our master bathroom. They did a great job even in a short amount of time. They provided great customer service and flexibility in regards to our schedule, they offered design suggestions and completed the project on schedule.

Homequest did a great job of gutting and renovating our basement in DC. They took our suggestions of what we wanted and ran with it. The Homequest team was very professional, on-time and always available to answer questions. They completed the entire project on schedule and within budget. Shortly after the project was completed, we encountered a small issue within our bathroom, Homequest arrived within 48 hours and fixed the issue. Our basement is now a beautiful AirBnB in the District. We would highly recommend Homequest for any home renovation projects that you may have.

Homequest did an excellent job on my home projects in Washing DC. I have a 100 year old row house and Scott and Asha did a great job managing a project to build a new power room and renovate an old walk in closet into and modern office space. Homequest renovated 2 bunk rooms at our fire department in Marshall. They were on schedule, always responsive, workmanship was outstanding, finished the projects on time and worked with a great manner not to interfere our fire department crew. Even with our tight budget, they made things happen for us. Now we have two great bunk rooms where our team can rest in between shifts. I highly recommend Homequest to anyone looking for commercial or residential projects.
